Settings: "Cancel" button #19

Shouldn't this say "Back" or have a left-pointing arrow, instead? There's nothing to cancel.

Changed settings to show a "done" button (localised by the system into the system's language) on the right side, rather than the cancel button. I'll close this unless you have any further comments.
