Seriously don't call me crazy this actually happens but last I checked 10.something is not a valid GPA on any sort of scale in use by either of the supported districts screenshot 2013 12 31 05 32 43 screenshot 2013 12 31 05 31 22

I think I'll get into every college on a full scholarship with it. Better not fix the bug. =P

This seems to have been related to a bug in loading data from the database. Fixed some time ago. (See #12 for further GPA issues)
