Please document quicklisp #94

Thank you for this tremendous piece of software. I want to encourage you to take some time to document quicklisp. It seems there is a lot of unused potential.

documentation seems like it should be a priorty. i've explained over and over again many features of quicklisp in their entirety over irc to users both advanced and setting up emacs for the first time alike. if nobody is doing this i'll be happy to spearhead. really just need to extract the internal documentation, combine that with the past five years of content from the quicklisp rss feed, and organize it into one nice little hyperlink-toc'd textfile. anything happening yet with this?

I don't think that's the right approach for a manual. I'd like to take some time soon to start on a real manual, but it's a matter of finding the time to do it.

If you'd like to write something up in the meantime, I'll probably link to it.
