Please see https://github.com/Shinmera/dissect/issues/18. It includes a fix for compilation issues with SBCL.

According to Quicklisp's configuration for this project, this should happen automatically whenever the next Quicklisp dist gets released, unfortunately subject to ongoing delays.

Consider using the Shirakumo dist to get updated versions of Dissect and other Shinmera libraries for now.
