Which version of the Chrome plugin are you running? You can see that under Plugins in Quicksilver's preferences.
If you're not running 1.1.6, this is an old bug and you should upgrade to 1.1.6, either from within Quicksilver's preferences or by downloading the plugin here: http://cl.ly/3E2u0s2q121j or here: http://qs0.qsapp.com/plugins/download.php?id=se.stdin.quicksilver.GoogleChrome&version=32
I noticed that my bookmarks no longer work in Quicksilver. When I quit Chrome and Quicksilver, delete by Bookmarks and Bookmarks.bak files, and open them both back up, Chrome restores from a cloud backup and it works fine.
However, this is only temporary and it breaks again shortly afterward. Here is the error:
