Add option for adding all bookmarks to catalog #7

As of now, only the top level bookmarks are added to the catalog. The Safari plugin includes all bookmarks, which would be better, but in order to not clutter the catalog, it would be nice to have it configurable how deep the scanner should go, like the folder scanner.

Turns out it's a bit more complicated than I thought to make it configurable. I've added all bookmarks to the catalog just like the Safari plugin works and will leave it at that unless the need for configurability comes up.
