I can’t see any calls to QS code in that sample. To me it looks like a bug in the OS, since they’re all just system calls for refreshing/updating the view.
Is it reproducible?

QS will often hang after my iMac (OS X 10.11.1) wakes from sleep, something that didn't occur under OS X 10.10.x and doesn't happen on my laptop (also 10.11.1). The latest report after a force-quit is here:

This should have been fixed in the latest version of Quicksilver. Please try it out, but if you are still experiencing this issue, then open a new issue.

I was scrolling in the Triggers Prefs Pane (with a trackpad) and QS hung, using 100% CPU. I had to force quit. Stack trace below. QS 1.3.2 (4014), OS X 10.11, 3.4 GHz i7 iMac, 24GB RAM, 1TB Fusion
