I'm not sure how to post a spindump. Github always rejects them as too long.
Hi @arthurgleckler - thank you for submitting the bug report. There was a known issue with Quicksilver version 4027, meaning you will need to update manually. For more info, see #2708

Bug description
Steps: Quicksilver notifies me of an update. (Or I hit the Preferences > Updates > Check Now button.) I agree to the update. A dialog box opens saying that the update is being downloaded. The download completes. Quicksilver becomes unresponsive, displaying the beachball whenever I hover over it. I give up after many minutes, and do Force Quit. When I restart it, it's still on version 4027. (The current version is 4037.)ing your Issue: body is too long, body is too long (maximum is 65536 characters).

Quicksilver should not hang. The update should complete.
