[Bug]: It is not possible to resize the width of some columns in tables

Bug description

Some of the table columns in the Quicksilver interface cannot be resized.

Also, the column size is so small, that it is not possible to know what this column is used for.

Steps to reproduce

1. Just open the window of preferences
2. Go to "General" >> "Actions"
3. Observe the table

Expected behavior

I would like to be able to resize this column. Or at least make it wide enough to read the header of that column.
