[Bug]: Quicksilver crashes when I access Triggers

Bug description

Whether I type ⌘, after invoking Quicksilver, or type ⌘; & then click the Triggers button, Quicksilver crashes. The issue just started this morning & I'm not sure why. As far as I know, they weren't any updates to the app or plugins. I've attached the crash log.

Steps to reproduce

1. Type ⌘, to access Triggers directly or ⌘; then click Triggers button
2. Quicksilver crashes

Expected behavior

Access my triggers.
