[Bug]: Dark mode onboarding

Bug description

During onboarding, if macOS is in dark mode, the text is black - it should be white.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set macOS to dark mode
2. Install a fresh copy of QS
3. Go through setup

Expected behavior

Text should be white during dark mode; black during light mode.
