Space bar resets search #482

When I’m typing to find a file in the search/subject field, I find that sometimes the space bar will reset my search (or something like that), even when I have typed the exact, correct name of a catalog item.

My spacebar behavior is set to “normal” in preferences.

Glad you got it worked out. Just some advice that you may or may not need: If you’re typing out “the exact, correct name” for things, you’re probably typing a lot more then you need to. Two or three letters should be enough to find about anything (once Quicksilver has learned a bit). For example, if you go to a folder named “Projects” frequently, you could just type “pj” or maybe just “p”. You have to type letters in the order they appear, but you can skip over as many as you want. Typing “qx” will match “quick brown fox” for instance.
