Autogen plugin doc #3

This is #2, up-to-date with master, and a (hacky) fix for the definition lists, using XSLT to transform dt/dl into h3/p (completely arbitrarily).

Kudos to @joshringer for doing the harder part, that's much appreciated.

Maybe we should add some documentation to the README about keeping things up to date @joshringer?

For example, the current version of the 1Password docs aren’t getting included. I tried adding (10, 14, 1) to the supported OS versions, but there seems to be more to it than that. 😄
