America/Shiprock has no pin #15

Most of the Antarctica locations are also missing pins, but possibly less of an issue.

Thanks @mal, yeah Antarctica is intentionally missing to trim down the map (similar to Antarctica missing on all Mac OS X computers). America/Shiprock sounds like it needs to be added.

Could this be due to America/Shiprock (and America/Montreal) being linked zones?

Turns out Shiprock isn't meant to have a pin or be on the map (it's not), got confused because I saw it in the drop down on the example page.
