Make qvis more stateful

Two main things:

• Keep selected qlog between tabs (e.g., if I was at sequence diagram and then move to the congestion graph, it should show the same log selected)
• Keep transformation between navigations (e.g., if I was zoomed in on a specific area of graph 1, then go to check something in graph 2, when I come back to graph 1, I expect to see the same zoomed-in area)

Then we can also look at combining them (possibly easier to do this from the start):

• e.g., If I scroll down to a given area in the sequence diagram and then switch to congestion graph, it would be interesting if the CC also had that area zoomed-in already for detailed analysis (and vice versa of course)

Sounds great! It this gives me another idea for a feature request: expose some of this in querystring parameters so that the precise view can be recorded and/or shared. To give an example, Graphana has something similar that could be adapted to suit qvis - https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/reference/timerange/
