Section 2: FYI, we have expanded TAPS in the following:

Original:

   The IETF TAPS specifications [I-D.ietf-taps-arch] describe a system
   with a common API for multiple protocols.

Current: The IETF Transport Services (TAPS) specifications [TAPS-ARCH] describe a system with a common API for multiple protocols.
