Section 3.2: This is the one instance of "NAT address rebinding", whereas the other instances are simply "NAT rebinding". Please review these occurrences and let us know if/how they may be made consistent.

Original: By using a connection ID, QUIC is designed to be robust to NAT address rebinding after a timeout.

i.e. NEW:
