Any plans to make first release? #33

I think that it would be good to flush currently committed changes and make first release and tag <version> string repo :)

I just discovered libcorrect in looking for a way to build gr-satellites for Windows which depends on libfec. In order to make packages for both on conda-forge, I'd need a released tarball to build from. So consider this a +1 for wanting at least a tagged version on Github. Thanks!
