Since encoding dolby Vision uses an insane ammount of CPU resources it would be nice to use Intel QSV while doing it. Would this be possible?

what are you talking about??? what DoVi encoding... this is not encoder....

This is not an encoder.

You can use Handbrake and inject the RPU afterwards.
