Should fix #279 but I don't have Docker installed to try it out, unfortunately.

Same issue and fix as with QUILC.

Fwiw, I'm not able to reproduce the issue running the rigetti/qvm:latest docker image from my macbook.

Thanks for giving it a shot!

We'll merge this and hopefully problems disappear.
