More changes for quil 3.0.0 #26

Follow up to my last pull request:

  1. Updated snippets data and api as recommended
  2. Regarding pausing after rendering the first frame I tried approach 2 you suggested but that didn't work. If I understood correctly this is because the q/no-loop marked with ;DELETE is only removed when shown to the user but not for rendering on the examples page. But I managed to achieve the intended functionality with q/no-loop in run-example. What do you think?
