nf-quilt 1.0 #132

The main criteria for nf-quilt 1.0 is:

  1. A stable release (at least 0.1.0 in Maven) of QulltCore-Java, including workflow support.
  2. Revamped README
    1. Write to README_NF_QUILT.md instead
      1. Use Laura's formatting
  3. Smarter quilt_summarize.json
    1. Top level (only): md, html, pdf, csv, tsv
    2. multiqc sub-folder HTML
