Cleanup layout of the reports html string #20

The report html string looks messy. Actions that would improve readability of the html string:

Make size of indents consistent
Remove many of the empty rows (with use of + and - inside the {% %} - more about this here).
Use a row character limit of 80

Note that the report html string is generated from the jinja templates and is this therefore not straight forward to edit.
