Expand the KPI script structure to allow for other report types than the current 'station report' type. These include - but are not limited to - annual OTC reports, sensor reports, country reports, QuinCe QC report (see more info about these other report types in the projects README.md file).
This issue is on hold until OTC, PIs, HO etc. are happy with the station report type which is currently under development.
