Create parameter specific QC message timeline plot #32

Create a new KPI showing the timeline for when the QC messages occur per parameter. E.g. a time line bar (x axis) colored by the QC messages for a given parameter. This KPI can be used in the measured (and possibly calculated) section of the report.
