We can use the SOCAT format

The SDG uploader requires separate DATE_UTC and TIME_UTC columns, which we may or may not be able to do.
Position columns must be named LONGITUDE and LATITUDE
Make SST/Sal/pCO2/fCO2/pCO2_atm/fCO2_atm/P_atm/whatever else (see metadata) into nice columns.
NaNs should be empty
Upload format is XLS. Can we do something clever?
