Long flushing times can eliminate gas standards run; causes error #2646

This happens with the Finnmaid 2020-21 data, with the flushing time set to 10 minutes. This eliminates all the gas standard measurements for the first run, and then it can't handle the empty set. What should happen is that we end up triggering the "no prior/post" QC message.

Not sure what to do about this, other than somehow warn the user what's happening.

Also applies to the zero flushing time for CONTROS pCO2 - there's no error, but no CO2 values get calculated.
