Not all data loaded for manual QC page #2776

We have an instrument set up such that when you create a dataset and try to view it in the Manual QC page, it throws an error because not all the data is present in the bean. Somehow it hasn't been loaded properly.

Bad instrument setup. No "measurement" run types were defined, so there were no measurements in the data.
