Remove ₂ characters from ICOS OTC column names #2816

The column names in the Data Object Spec use a normal 2, but the other columns use a unicode subscript 2.

Also check default QC comments to make sure they don't have special characters.

Also:

[08:12] MB did you know that xCO2 atm comes twice in the 'OTC'files that can be downloaded from Quince? At least in those files I downloaded two weeks ago

Remove the xCO₂ atm columns - they are the duplicates. This will leave the 'real' xCO2 atmosphere column.
