Sometimes the flushing is applied, sometimes it isn't.

This happens because the Zero A/D value hasn't changed between the two runs, so QuinCe doesn't know that it should do flushing. Options are:

Let it slide
Make a QC check to see if the Zero A/D has changed after each sleep period (PERIODIC stuff?)
Ignore the Zero A/D value entirely and always flush after a sleep period

I prefer (2) because that alerts the user that zeros aren't being run.
