Maps with offset/interpolated positions #2872

Trying to view a map for values that are not aligned with the position cause the page to crash. It should manage this by using the interpolated position value as displayed in the QC table. PAP 2021 CO2 is a good example.

I think curing this will also fix #2632

Margot Cronin's data has bad positions that will be interpolated out. Also find one that always uses interpolated data.
