SubCTech review #2907

Look at processing test SubCTech data. Does it work? Does it compare to other processing?

At least some CTD data only reports conductivity. Do we require this? If so, is this a subCtech-only thing, or do we need to allow all systems to report SSS or Conductivity?

I'm leaning towards (i.e. hoping) that this is a subCtech only thing, and this comes from the CTD they supply as standard.

The conversion to salinity is in Peter Landschützer's Matlab code.

SubCTech are developing their algorithm, so we're waiting for that. Also waiting for Belgica data so we can do our own experiments.
