Positions good on Position QC page, but get interpolated on main QC page #2941

There's a lot of weirdness happening. On the Position QC page there's a position for every timestamp, but on the main QC page a lot of the positions are missing/interpolated.

This is a fault in the PERIODIC/CONTINUOUS measurement mode detection. A fix has been identified.
