CONTROS pre-flushing time #2976

The pre-flushing time for CONTROS sensors doesn't do anything, and it should. After the CONTROS FLUSH flags finish, the pre-flushing time should kick in so users can set a period until the CO2 signal settles. Screenshot 2024-10-09 at 09 15 38

Use the response time (*7) regardless of whether flushing has happened or not. If it has happened, add it after that.
