netCDF support #946

I've encountered the first netCDF input format. This is salinity data for Nuka Arctica, which is QCed by an outside agency and delivered to Meike Becker when it's ready.

In this case the salinity is simply a set of values along the TIME axis so it's easy to process. Others could be more complex if they include the lon/lat dimensions as axes in a 3D field...
