small test dataset #122

I was wondering you there was a small test dataset that was available to test the software and make sure it is working/was installed properly? I see previous issues that were resolved regarding the same thing but I can't seem to find the data.

You may like to use some of the test data from the paper, as they have known repeat expansions. Several of them are on SRA, so they are easy to access without having to apply.

Let me know if you have any trouble accessing them.
