Update mio requirement from 0.7.7 to 0.8.0 #1240

Mio v0.8

This will Mio's last unstable version, the next version will be v1 and introduce a stable API.

The main change in this release is the removal of the TcpSocket type, it's replace by the socket2 crate.

Yeah, let's not have a duplicate dep.
