ToolAction(s) became ItemAbilities(y)

I couldn't get the mappings to work on my IDE so I'd reccomend checking the ReiCompat It just didn't compile for me whatsoever. But commenting that plugin compat out and running the rest worked.

Hey sorry for the late reply, seems like the PR is targeting the wrong branch so I've just pushed it manually, thanks for the fix! I got the REI issues sorted, it's an old version for 1.20.4 iirc so just needed to be updated.
