1) I'm running the ipython notebooks I will push shortly (or perhaps in the morning if it runs a while) So you can see the material I currently have 2) I forgot the name of the conference to look up directions, template/layout, style of other papers. 3) tSNE blows up my memory (8GB), even treating it 'gently' 4) I haven't incorporated google data (as of now), but I have both reddit and twitter right now 5) I'm going to try to write a first shot at an abstract tomorrow morning, also I've done some searching of literature. And you're right there really isn't that much machine learning social media HIV stuff out there, but I'll try to get a list of references to start with. 6) 11 days to due date

  2. EMBC: http://embc.embs.org/2016/ . LaTeX and Word templates can be found here: http://embc.embs.org/2016/4-page-papers/
  3. Yikes, that's problematic. Can we do some preprocessing to reduce the data size?
  4. ok.
  5. There's the one guy (forgetting his name) who has published initial work on using Twitter to predict HIV incidence in the US, but it was a pretty limited study. Still, we need to cite him.
  6. Yep.
