Entry point bit found when opening sublime #87

I followed all the setting steps described but when I open Sublime it appears the following error: "Entry point not found". I followed the steps with Julia 0.5.0. In this version the libzmq.dll is located at ~.julia\v0.5\WinRPM\deps\usr\x86_64-w64-mingw32\sys-root\mingw\bin.
