Consider moving "How do I obtain the NUSMODS link..." part of the FAQ earlier in the UG #9

It took me a while to figure out how to get my link. I looked in the user guide in the getting started section for instructions but did not find any. It would've been helpful for me if this information was placed in a more obvious place
