Add explanation for the keep_compatible attribute of a scenario #160

What?

Adds an explanatory sentence about the keep_compatible-attribute to the Scenario Tools secion of our documention.

Why?

To make the workings of a scenario more transparent to our users.

How?

Adding one sentence to the docs, see changes for details.

Closes quintel/scenario-tools#30
