Update hybrid heat pump documentation #180

This PR updates the documentation to include oil HHPs. It includes the following changes:

Remove reference to the HHP electricity and gas share table
Add links to ETDataset for the different types of HHPs
Additional explanations of the threshold COP and corresponding chart
General clarification of when charts etc. are specifically for gas HHPs

I'm not sure if "Flexibility > Heat" is the most logical section for "Heat pumps". I would expect them to be somewhere under demand. What do you think @KoenvanB / @kaskranenburgQ?

As discussed, 'Heat Pumps' should be moved to another section, the best candidate being 'Demand'. However, we'll leave that for another time.

For the rest, I have included some slider information from the front end to the documentation and included a description of the threshold COP calculation for oil HHPs. With that, this branch can be merged!
