This PR adds documentation for the new API query endpoint

I have made a few changes. It would be good if @noracato reviews this as well. Some points that I think are still to do are:

[x] Add information about what the endpoint will provide (key, unit, description etc.) similar to The Input object in inputs.md
[ ] Do we need to specify "Path parameters" with "labels"?
[ ] Add [NEW] label to Gqueries endpoint
[ ] Update Change log page
