Update heat improvements documentation #188

This PR updates the documentation for heat in the built environment. It includes:

Questions 1) Are the heat demand curves for space heating in households in some way updated by the typical heat demand sliders?

The old documentation mentioned that insulation settings by users also updated the heat demand profiles: image Apparently there were sliders available to set the insulation level directly: image

The input statement for the current typical heat demand sliders do not refer to the associated heat demand curve, but perhaps there is a link somewhere else?

2) Example for the Households merit order procedure? The current description for the Households heat merit order procedure might be a bit cryptic for the uninitiated:

The merit order then works by assigning the first technology in the producer order to the first consumer in the consumer order (i.e. new apartments for households), then to the next consumer, and so on. This process continues until the specified share of residences for the first technology has been reached. The ETM then continues this process with the second technology in the producer order, until ultimately all housing/building stock is assigned a technology based on the specified technology shares.

Would it help to include a simplified example?
