With ETPlugin, the current system is still using the input ids

TODO:

replace input ids with input keys: run migration on live server
~~make sure the "open in etm" link works right~~
update live server's config.yml
watch for bad inputs: with etplugin the entire request fails! migration removes bad inputs (2 so far)
