Update industry questions to update chemical industry slides #233

As result of adding the chemical sub-sectors, the questions related to the industry need to be updated; e.g. if the industry efficiency improvement is updated, also the chemical industry efficiency improvement should be updated.

Should be done immediately after the deploy.
