Absolute residual heat

Residual heat is modelled differently:
Difference between flue gas and proces residual heat is dropped, potential is given by a single share
Single share is no longer dataset-dependent, but an attribute of the useful demand nodes in each sub sector instead
Users can set residual heat with an absolute slider in PJ, it is no longer dynamically coupled to each sub sector
The potential calculated in each sub sector is only used as a point of reference in a dedicated chart
Residual heat from electrolysers is added using the same modelling approach
A migration is made determining the absolute production of residual heat in each scenario and assigning it to the HT residual heat slider
