Adds the engine side of multi scenario support!

@kaskranenburgQ can you check the email for me please? They are in app>views>scenario_invitation_mailer @mabijkerk could you arrange the testing of the rest of the features? There are a few issues I did not yet fix, but are not important for now. I'll create separate issues for them!
