Add a 'land available for biomass production' slider to the ETM #734

When brainstorming with John about the meaning of 'fuel production' for the local 'testing ground' scenario we dismissed all production of fuels except biofuels (wood, bio-oil) and biogas.

Would it be useful to add a slider to the ETM (in the fuel-production section for example) that allows the user to change the available land for biomass production.

Nice idea! Two questions pop to my mind:

  1. How do we make sure that the slider caps make sense?
  2. How do we initialise the slider?

I think this is an excellent idea, but suggest we focus on doing what we have already proposed in the project proposal first, before expanding our scope and using up an already strict time-budget.

I would vote to add this to a nice to have list for now.
